Michelle is a former Finance Director with over 25 years of corporate experience in Blue chip companies. An avid part time property investor and developer, Michelle has built up a portfolio over the last decade with JV partners. Having left the corporate world Michelle is now concentrating on expanding Canny Places full time as well as completing more property developments. In her spare time she loves to travel with her family as exploring the countryside with her dog Bea.
Lisa is a MARLA qualified letting agent with over a decade of experience as a letting agent running her own bespoke lettings agency. She is also a landlord herself having grown a portfolio over the past 12 years including Buy to Let, Serviced Accommodation and Flips. When she’s not managing all things property she is currently teaching her son to drive so to relax from that she loves to explore the Northumberland coastline with her dog Daisy
